Whole Athlete Founder & Head Coach Dario Fredrick offers private yoga sessions specifically for cyclists, runners, swimmers and triathletes. He will work with you to create a custom yoga program to increase flexibility, stimulate recovery and help you perform at your best. As an experienced yoga teacher, he can also help you work skillfully with old injuries or trouble spots that can limit your range of motion.
Dario Fredrick has studied and practiced Yoga since the early 90s, and has over 15 years of teaching experience with all levels. An exercise physiologist, Dario integrates exercise science and biomechanics with the many elements of yoga to help athletes find balance and optimize performance. He understands the particular needs of active people and those new to yoga, teaching with sensitivity to limitations and injuries.
