Fall-Winter 2012 Schedule
Team MTB Ride Tuesdays at 4:00 pm (2 - 2.5 hrs) - Ride Leader: Dario Fredrick
Team Road Ride Sundays at 9:00 am (3 - 3.5 hrs) - Ride Leaders: Matt McCourtney & Dario Fredrick
*Non-Team members must complete and submit this release form to join team rides.
*Please note that during the race season (March - August), Saturday team
rides will be less consistent with most of the team
racing on weekends.
Contact coach Matt McCourtney to see if a ride is happening.
Meeting
Location: The Java Hut parking lot in Fairfax, CA: Map
& Directions, unless otherwise noted.
Requirements
- Helmets
Mandatory.
- Bike must be in good working order.
- Bring 2 water bottles and sufficient food (e.g. for a 2 hr ride,
bring 2 energy bars).
- Bring
at least one spare tube, a pump and multi-tool.
- Rides
will be split into smaller groups if necessary to accomodate experience
and levels of riders.
